Bought a pair of blue jeans - the dye rubbed off all over my white clothes. 7FAM said they couldn’t help as it says on the label this can happen.
I bought 2 pairs of trouser online, thinking that if no good i could return them on any of the UK based store, as you would at the majority of other retail companies.
To no surprise, i received the items and they were of poor quality and they looked different from what you can see on the website.
What i don't understand is that, this company sells their products at higher prices than most jean companies, yet, their service is amongst the worse. (just see reviews).
Why can't 7 For All Mankind operate like other retail companies, when you buy their product online you should be able to return at the nearest store if not happy?
They clearly do this on purpose, to hold on to funds and frustrate their customers.
Why do they have physical stores?
Needless to say, I WILL NEVER EVER buy anything from 7 For All Mankind.

I did contact customer service, countless times.
You send me a digital label to use it for the return package. DPD hasn't picked it up, 13 days on now.
Called you to sort it out, and your reply was that i had to sort this out. I had to contact DPD even though you have a contract with them and you were the ones who sent me the digital postal label.
You are responsible for the companies you choose to work with, not me.
I didn't choose that option of posting. You also mention that if costumers choose other alternative posting companies then you cannot guarantee refunds.
This is incredible!
I can honestly say, people should boycott your company, even though i feel sorry about employees. But, you should not run a business this way. You must conform to consumer rights laws and regulations.

Bought two pair of jeans for over 350 pounds and within a year they are both ripped on the inside. Without really wearing them loads or washing them loads.
Raised this to their customer service department who tried everything to not have to help me with the issue.
Do not buy from this company. They do not offer exchanges and now after reading the reviews they don’t give refunds. There is something very wrong with this company, avoid like the plague!
What an absolute nightmare dealing with this company. They are a scam. Please stay away. I bought a pair of jeans on the 4/01/2021. It Arrived 6 weeks later after numerous follow ups. I returned them immediately as they did not fit. It is another 6 weeks and I am still waiting for my refund. I have launched a complain with the trading standards agency. This company is not fit for business. What a disgrace of a brand. Please stay away from them. Quality does not match their exuberant price, and return is a near impossible. I will give a minus start if that was an option.
The jeans are actually very nice BUT if you need to return it takes ages to get a refund. Customer service is not that much help as the jeans get returned in the Uk to the warehouse in the UK and then to the Netherlands. There is no way of knowing when the refund will be processed. I wouldn’t purchase again for that reason.
The answer given by 7 for all mankin to my comment makes it very clear that people should never buy from them.
They try to put it on Brexit and delivery problems, but it has nothing to do with the fact that they never reimbursed me!
I received the item without delay and they received the item back 3 days after I sent it. So Brexit and delivery can't be blame.
They just don't give you a refund when you decide to return your item.

If I could give no stars I would. Terrible experience from a once reputable company, I am left speechless. Placed order 5th Jan 2021, when it had not arrived by 18th Jan, I attempted to contact them, they did not respond to email and I eventually spoke to someone in customer service, that explained that shipment had been returned at the border with my order in. So I requested cancellation and refund. It is now 17th February and the company still hasn't processed refund - I had to escalate dispute through PayPal to get refunded. Unresponsive, poor service, I shall never order from this company again, I think they might be in some kind of trouble and if not, they soon will be with this kind of service, taking money from customers who never receive goods or refunds.
Ordered jeans 6 weeks ago, no sigh of them and they wont answer my emails, will never use them again - appalling customer service!
Shop elsewhere! Their jeans are very low quality and overpriced. Their customer service is the absolute worst! They do not honor returns. BUYER BEWARE
For a "premium" denim company, their jeans are crap. And their customer service is abysmal. "Final sale" item does not mean they should try to stuff you with a defective product. Shop elsewhere.
Same situation as a lot of the other reviews! Ordered jeans on 1st January and when there was no sign of them 3 week later I contacted customer services to ask for an update! I was told there was a delivery issue their end and that the order had been cancelled and I would be refunded! If I wanted the jeans I would have to re-order them! I stupidly did and then within a week both pairs turned up! I have since tried to return one of them but it won’t let me as I’m now apparently outside the return period despite the fact I have received both pairs within the last 2 weeks! Although don’t want both pairs I’m reluctant to return them as their incompetence so far would suggest I would then be without both the jeans and the money! I have sent 2 emails in the last week regarding this matter and they haven’t responded to either! For what is supposedly a more upmarket brand the service and customer service is appalling!
Update - so since I posted this earlier they have responded to my email saying my order will be with me in 3-5 working days - clearly they haven’t read/addressed a single thing I have told them and have sent what appears to be a generic response.
Incorrect pricing/discount not applied on website. Fobbed off by 7FAMK customer service department. Sent them a further email, just to be ignored.
No idea how to treat loyal customers.
